Refund Policy

Purchases made in the Project Puffin Online Store will be fully refunded up to 30 days after the item is shipped. After the 30 days, the product can be exchanged for other items of similar or greater value up to 60 days after it is shipped. Damaged items will be fully refunded to the credit card or account used to make the purchase. Please notify us within five days of receiving the damaged product. We cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
